The Anti-Counterfeiting SIG

The Auto-ID Lab St. Gallen/Zurich launched the Anti-Counterfeiting Special Interest Group (SIG) in January 2005. The SIG will develop practical concepts geared to combating counterfeiting, theft and illicit imports using RFID technology. It is directed at manufacturers who want to protect themselves against product counterfeiting or unauthorized sales, as well as organizations who wish to play an active role in fighting product and brand piracy. For a detailed description of the Anti-Counterfeiting SIG, please download our brochure. It is available in English and German.
